Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy


At PLSACHÉ, we are committed to providing you with a curated high quality products and seamless experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return/Exchange Window:

  • You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Only one exchange is allowed per item. If you have already exchanged the product, no further exchanges are allowed
  • Because of hygiene reasons, all bodysuits are final sale and unfortunately, we do not offer return/ exchange
  • Item purchased via store credit (Discount Code) are not eligible for return or exchange

Logistics Charges:

  • All exchanges are free and no additional reverse shipment charges are applicable
  • All returns are subject to ₹120 reverse-shipment to cover the logistics charges back to our warehouse, which will be deducted from your refund amount
  • In case of returns, forward shipment charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount at actuals and prorate basis

Refunds:

  • All refunds for Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders will be issued as store credit (Discount Code), which can be used to purchase another item
  • Refunds for prepaid orders can be processed either through the original payment method or as store credit (Discount Code), based on the customer's preference
  • Any orders (Prepaid or CoD) below ₹1000 will only be refunded via store credit (Discount Code)
  • All Discount Codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
  • Only one Discount Code can be applied per order
  • Refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid for the product returned, minus any applicable standard charges as mentioned
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Control (QC) inspection
  • Once a refund is made, reflection of refund to store credit (Discount Code) can take up to one day and refund to original method of payment can take up to 7 working days depending upon issuing bank
  • All communication of refunds are sent to customer via email

Quality Check (QC):

  • All returned items will undergo a quality check (QC) to ensure they meet the return/exchange criteria
  • Once the QC is approved, your return/exchange will be processed
  • If a wrong item or other brand products are sent to our warehouse, no refunds shall be issued and customers will be responsible to pay for the shipment back. We will however arrange the logistics

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. To initiate a return/exchange, please Click here and submit your request
  2. Once we receive your request and after approval, we will arrange a pickup
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. You can however, keep the gift card
  4. Once we receive and approve the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
  5. We will keep you informed via email and text on the status of your return

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs
