Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Shall you wish to change or cancel your order, please feel free to contact our customer support for assistance via WhatsApp at the right bottom corner of the page.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available?
Yeah! We offer CoD payment option on any item purchased from PLSACHÉ
Q: What is the delivery time?
PLSACHÉ offers highly curated and uncommon products. We usually process your order within 48 hours. Our average delivery time is 5 days, however, it may take anything between 6-12 days for delivery dependent upon your Pincode. We keep you up to date on the tracking and delivery.
Q: How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into "My Account" and clicking on the "Order History" section. You can click the tracking number to go to the tracking page. You can also track your shipment with our dedicated tracking page.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns/ exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed items with tags attached. Please review our "Return Policy" for details. Shall you wish to initiate a return or exchange request, please click here.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We make sure that you receive your product in perfect condition. However, in case if you have received damaged or defective item, please initiate a Return/ Exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the item which is defective. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returns or exchanges. Please review our "Return/Exchange Policy" for details.

Check our size chart located on each product page for accurate measurements and sizing guidance. If you're unsure, simply click the WhatsApp chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page and chat with our customer support.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Net Banking and UPI for secure and convenient payments.
Q: Are there any shipping fees?
We charge a very nominal shipping fee of ₹90 across India for CoD orders only. Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
